Technology review & strategy development
Having verified your business drivers and objectives, Lueur can do a high level assessment on your technology suite, technology services and operating model to identify areas of risk, need for change and untapped potential. Depending on the size and urgency of the gaps, we will recommend tactical and/or strategic actions to improve the business value of your technology as soon as possible.
Strategic procurement & vendor liaison
Lueur can facilitate outcomes based procurement exercises and industry engagement sessions to canvas varied responses to your needs. This can include interactive vendor engagement sessions with shortlisted vendors and value for money assessment of vendor proposals. Where there are communication issues, friction or misalignment between vendors or their clients Lueur acts as an objective intermediary to resolve issues to the satisfaction of both parties.
Lueur specialises in running complex workshops that target strategic objectives, stakeholder engagement and technology informed action plans. In addition to superior behavioural and relationship management skills, our governance expertise and understanding of technology allow us to progress discussions rapidly and gain agreement to specific actions. We recommend interviewing key stakeholders prior to workshops and our workshop write-ups include independent observations and recommendations, effectively providing you with a niche consultancy.
We design and either participate in or recommend candidates for technology, program and business governance arrangements. Arrangements complement existing organisational arrangements and their implementation can be supported depending on your internal governance capabilities and experience.
Coaching & mentoring
These services are delivered to individual and groups and target the gaps that need to be filled to align ambitions and capabilities. All conversations are confidential and frank, whether that be with coaches or, where organisations sponsor the activity, their managers. The emphasis is on developing sophisticated skills required to perform successfully as a leader, manager or executive within professional disciplines or industries, complementing specialised technical skills and experience.
Lueur gets technology AND people so we assess the existing and required capabilities of your team as well as recommending how (or if) identified gaps can be closed. We do not provide training, but will recommend programs and providers to you based on the best fit for your needs.

I have maintained relationships with previous winners and have provided advice to some wonderful technologists from a business and consumer perspective.
